REGISTRATION TO ATTEND THE SAHARA CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN DAKAR , SENEGAL IN OCTOBER 2005
Please note that to register and pay the conference fees for the SAHARA conference to be held in Dakar in Senegal , it will be appreciated if you can the steps to enable and facilitate your payment for attendance.
To secure your attendance, the following bank accounts have been made available for payment of the registration fees. It will be appreciated if your payment can be received before, but not later than Saturday, 10 September 2005 . Due to the high demand for the attendance to the Conference and the limited capacity available, we urge you to pay the registration fee as soon as possible.
All available scholarships have been allocated. We regret to inform you that the organizers of the SAHARA Conference are therefore not in a position to sponsor any further scholarships. However, we urge you to approach other sources for financial assistance. If you have applied for financial assistance and you are awaiting their approval and date of payment, please notify us to the effect.
As soon as payment has been received and processed, you will be notified with the necessary documentation.
In conclusion, your interest in this very important and relevant Conference on the African response to the AIDS epidemic is highly appreciated.

STEP FOUR (Booking of Travel and Accommodation)
The Registration Fee of $100 and $200 respectively, does not include any travel and accommodation expenses. We have however facilitated block bookings for hotel accommodations at reasonable prices.
